WE PROVIDE COMPREHENSIVE CONSULTANCY FOR SETTING UP OF FACTORY FROM IDEA TO PRODUCTION
1. Brainstorm along with customer to understand the actual needs of client and conclude how to leverage the strengths of the investing concern for ensuring success of the project.
2. Conclude on the plant capacity in the first phase and subsequent phases.
3. Decide on the machines required in the first phase and also proposed machines in the future phases.
4. Propose factory layout design based on the above plan and then reach to final layout.
5. Supervise utilities drawings for the factory i.e. water inlet, water outlet, electrical ,air, etc keeping in mind present requirement and leaving provision for the future needs.
6. Decide on specs of processing machines, ancillary machines, etc
7. Invite quotes from various suppliers and make comparison sheets to facilitate decision making.
8. Meet suppliers to ascertain their capabilities.
9. Finalise machine purchases along with essential spare parts etc.
10. Supervise the factory construction to ensure that the same is as per the layout decided and proceeding as per schedule.
11. Inspect the machines before despatch.
12. Discuss and finalise suppliers for raw materials, other additives, components etc needed for the production. This include getting various quotes, studying specifications, formulations, calculating compound costs, etc.
13. Supervise pre commissioning requirements to ensure the machines are in place before the commissioning engineers arrive.
14. Coordinate between various suppliers for ensuring co ordination in commissioning.
15. Assist in manpower selection i.e. deciding no of people required, their qualifications, candidate short listing, final interview etc.
16. Supervise preliminary production run of the factory
17. Supervise actual production and take care of any relevant issues.
18. Assist in design of initial systems for smooth factory operation.
19. Assist in discussions of adapting a selected ERP package to the factory requirements
